-Adds buildings from StarCraft

-Adds assembling machines to make StarCraft buildings
Warp Gate
Gateway (upgraded gateway)
-Important
Some protoss buildins need Protoss Energy (PE) to be distributed to them.
Like a photon cannon, it can be only placed inside of the Protoss Energy Distributor radius
